Opposition Leader Raila Odinga on Tuesday, 03 March left mourners in laughter after he lightly roasted Gatundu South law maker Moses Kuria, as politician who is still learning.
The ODM party leader was attending a funeral function in Tigoni within Kiambu County when he visited his history book, and on the very first page, was Moses Kuria.
Odina noted the deceased, Lawrence Nginyo Kariuki, a business man who passed on on 24th February at the Nairobi Hospital, was so much interested in uniting the people of Kenya.
He said Mr, Nginyo led Moses Kuria and other leaders all the way to Raila’s home village in Bondo, where they had gone to seek way forward, in uniting the country.
The ODM party leader said he tried to install some knowledge in Kuria, but it seems the law maker still needs add-on lessons to master everything.
“Nginyo has also worked very hard to try to unite the people of Kenya. I remember him with Mzee Gitu Kaangeri coming all the way to Bondo.
“Kabando wa Kabando was there and even Moses Kuria was also there.
“We really talked, and I tried to instill a lot of knowledge and discipline in Moses Kuria but unfortunately, he is still a student. He is still learning,” Odinga said
Kuria who strongly supports DP Ruto’s 2022 political agendas has recently been attacking Mr. Odinga over a number of political differences including BBI.
Kuria has been alleging that Odinga wants to use BBI rallies to gain his political mileage.
